What is included with conference registration?
Your registration fee includes admission to the entire conference, a copy of the proceedings (USB drive), continental breakfasts, networking breaks and evening receptions as indicated in the conference schedule.
How do I pay for my registration?
We accept PayPal through our website; you may also print the registration form and mail it in with a check. Wire transfers are permitted; please contact us for details.
I’m interested in being a speaker at one of your conferences. How can I pitch my topic?
We put out a call for speakers when the conference date and location is announced, typically one year prior. The call for speakers will be posted on the conference webpage. Speakers are invited to submit their proposals to the organizing committee by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
May I bring guests or clients to the exhibit area?
No. Only paid registrants may access the exhibits.
Can I attend just the exhibits for free?
No. All attendees must pay full price whether they come for the exhibits or attend only 1-2 days of the conference.
Is a discount available if not attending the entire conference?
No, conference registration is only available for the full session. We do not offer day tickets.
May I get a list of the attendees prior to the conference?
No, but one will be included in the materials provided to registered attendees at the conference.
